Senior procurement officer

We are looking for a Senior Public Procurement Officer for our client based in Luxembourg for a first assignment of 7 months .

Your responsabilities :
Manage and develop supplier relationships.
Analyse and optimise procurement processes.
Oversee provider performance, both operational and contractual.
Contribute to the selection and implementation of performance management tools.
Review and ensure the quality of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs), used as requests for quotations under existing Framework Agreements.
Coordinate and monitor Call-Off procedures, including document management, timeline tracking, and official communication with suppliers.
Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms and conditions, and all applicable internal regulations.

Your profile :
Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or related functions, ideally within a structured or international environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of public procurement principles and procedures.
Fluency in English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Supplier performance management experience.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
