About the role:
This is more than a classic HR Generalist (m/f/d) role.
Fulltime
Region: Passau (about 40 km away)
Hybrid Model (3 days office and 2 days home office)
You will act as a key partner and right hand to the CHRO, combining operational excellence with the opportunity to shape and build the HR foundation. You will be deeply involved in both day-to-day HR execution and strategic initiatives, playing a critical role in the growth journey. If
you enjoy creating structure, owning processes end-to-end, and driving recruitment as well as
operations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with the CHRO on strategic and operational HR topics
• Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from attracting talent to successful onboarding
• Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees across all HR topics
• Build and scale HR structures, processes, and policies in a growing, international environment
• (Take full ownership of payroll execution, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in collaboration with external providers) - will soon be outsourced
• Manage and continuously improve operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain HR systems, employee data, and reporting
• Contribute to international HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects

You bring:
* Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
* several years of experience in a generalist HR Role
* strong English skills
* international exposure is an advantage
