Your role:
As subtel’s first dedicated Data Analyst, you will take full ownership of analytics across sales, pricing, inventory, and competition. You will design dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting pipelines based on a new raw data foundation (single source of truth), directly supporting commercial decisions and revenue growth. You will report to the Category Lead and work closely with our Data Engineer.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
* Deliver sales forecasts, pricing models, and competitor analyses to drive business actions.
* Automate reporting workflows and define scalable data models.
* Set and document best practices for data access, quality, and reporting across teams.

Your Profile:
* Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
* 2+ years' experience in Data Analytics (preferably eCommerce, Retail, or FMCG).
* Advanced Power BI, Power Query, DAX/M, and Excel skills.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, joins, aggregations, and reporting logic.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
* Python (pandas), and SQL skills.
* Experience with Azure environments for data analytics.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and interpreting business experiments.
