What You’ll Do In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our conference and events business, proactively identifying sales opportunities and maximising conversion rates. You’ll work closely with clients from first enquiry through to flawless execution, ensuring every event exceeds expectations. Your key responsibilities include: Converting incoming conference and event enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell, driving additional value for both guests and the hotel Managing the events calendar strategically to optimise yield and capacity Building strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly Conducting professional hotel show rounds to showcase our facilities and services Coordinating the full administrative process and seamless execution of all planned events Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Actively participating in hotel promotions and sales initiatives to increase visibility and demand
