Identify inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities using Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Monitor project progress, benefits realisation, and ROI.
Build and maintain project roadmaps, improvement plans, and KPI dashboards.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and RPA teams to prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives.
Support global standardisation of business processes where possible through automation.
Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) is preferred.
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and performance reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Knowledge of ERP commercial processes and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is desirable.
Professional proficiency in German and English
