We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Eastern Coast, United States

We are seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships and key accounts in the rapidly expanding mobile security, surveillance, telecom, and infrastructure markets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will leverage your strategic sales expertise and technical acumen to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities. In this role, you will represent SFC Energy in a dynamic, high-growth environment where your contributions directly support national security, infrastructure protection, and the advancement of green energy solutions.

What We Expect?

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
4. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
5. Deep understanding of mobile surveillance technologies, infrastructure deployment, or alternative power systems is a strong asset.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
8. Knowledge of fuel cell technologies is an asset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

9. Market Research and Analysis:

-Conduct in-depth market research across the Eastern Coast to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.

-Analyse market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic business development initiatives.

10. Strategic Business Development:

-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.

-Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.

11. Customer Engagement:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

-Identify customer challenges and present tailored, value-driven solutions based on SFC Energy’s fuel cell technologies.

12. Sales and Revenue Generation:

-Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

-Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SFC Energy LLC.

13. Technical Expertise:

-Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

-Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.

14. Collaboration and Reporting:

-Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and customer support.

-Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using Salesforce.

-Provide regular updates on market trends, sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

15. Travel

-Frequent travel within the Eastern Coast territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and company locations outside the region as needed.

23. Salary range: $80,000–$90,000/ year, depending on experience
