In the role of Sales and Contract Specialist, you will be at the administrative center of our core customer interactions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Support the drafting, review, analysis and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial contracts, including cloud and on-premise subscriptions, license, and professional services, and data processing agreements.
2. Manage customer and partner onboardings.
3. Contribute to ongoing process improvements such as the implementation and use of contract management tools, approval tools as well as document management within Microsoft 365.
4. Interact with stakeholders within the organization, including but not limited to sales, finance, security and compliance.
5. Responsibility for a global setup of customers and products.
Requirements
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal or a related field including contractual law
7. Relevant work experience of 1-3 years
8. Business proficient language skills in German and English - Spanish, Japanese and/or French/Italian are considered a plus
9. Proven experience in stakeholder management
10. Independent style of working
11. Excellent communication skills in the mentioned languages
12. Very good command of MS Office, especially Word - experience in Redlining
