About the role Pexip, a leader in secure, interoperable video conferencing, is looking a Solution Architect to join our Sales & Channel team. You’ll drive technology trust and deliver secure collaboration solutions for public sector customers and strategic partners across Germany. About the team You’ll be part of a specialized, collaborative, and solution-oriented Public Sector sales team based in Germany. We work closely with teams across sales, product, and operations, and we value trust, transparency, and teamwork. The role reports to: Country Manager DACH Your Day-to-Day: Conceptualizing and managing the technical proof-of-concepts for our Public Sector prospects and customers in cooperation with our Pexip partners to achieve technical wins. At this, your responsibilitywill include technical requirements analysis, solution design, security consultation, alignment of proof-of-concept success criteria, installation, coordination of stakeholders throughout the proof-of-concept and relationship building with technical customer stakeholders. Your insights will support your sales wingman’s account planning. Supporting Pexip‘s strategic DACH partners with technical proof-of-concepts, if needed. Supporting the development of a technical DACH partner community via regular remote- or (optionally) on-site touch points with our strategic partners’ solution architects or technical consultants. Supporting the establishment and consistent improvement of proper Pexip demo setups at our strategic partners in DACH. Playing a vital role in positioning the company within a highly dynamic and competitive industry, also via participation in Berlin’s public sector digitization events You will also act as the bridge between customers and Pexip R&D, gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous innovation. Together with the German-based sales & channel team, you will support the development of new public sector business within the region as well as drive adoption within the existing customer and strategicpartner base. What you’ll bring: 5 years in a technical pre-sale roles within video conferencing, Unified Communications, IT security, IT networks, or similar Experience from complex technical pre-sales projects within the public sector, ideally within the Federal segment Knowledge of the collaboration industry and key protocols, including WebRTC, SIP, firewall traversal, and VoIP, as well as legacy systems for seamless migrations Knowledge of ancillary technologies that support IP-based collaboration including firewalls, routers, media relays, reverse proxies, etc. Experience in collaborating with sales teams to drive new business opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to existing key customers Excellent communication skills in German and English To be successful in the role, we believe that you are: Passionate about providing ongoing technical support and development Comfortable in a dynamic and competitive technological market Willing and eager to learn new technologies and develop technical skills and personal skills for continuous growth A strong "can-do"attitude with a genuine wish to go above and beyond for customer- and organizational success Structured, detail-oriented, curious, and a team player who enjoys taking responsibility Willing to take on challenges and contribute with ideas We hope this opportunity sparks your interest and we look forward to receiving your application.
