Trainee Program:
The Trainee Program lasts 12 months and is a full-time position (40h/week). It includes comprehensive training in the following areas:
* Online Marketing Training: Understanding general and industry-specific KPIs
* Collaboration between Marketing and Sales
* Programmatic Media Buying
* Banner creation & campaign setup
* Campaign analysis and optimization
* Affiliate setup and management
* Affiliate acquisition
* E-Mail & Push Notification Marketing
* Data Quality Management
* Controlling
* Country-Specific Training
Our requirements:
* Business management degree or equivalent education
* Internet knowledge, ideally first experiences in online performance marketing
* Creativity, technical understanding and analytical thinking
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
* Emotional intelligence and ability to work in a team
* Valid authorization to work in Germany at the time of hiring (no visa sponsorship available).
* Fluent English skills (C1 or higher).
* Excellent proficiency in at least one major EU language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or another EU language).
