As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position: Technischer Anwendungsberater im 2nd Level Support (m/w/d) Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie Betreuung und Beratung des 1st Level Supports der PepperlFuchs Tochterunternehmen und Vertretungen in allen technischen Belangen Klärung technischer Sachverhalte auf Anfrage des 1st Level Supports sowie zu Spezifikationen für die Angebotserstellung Beratung zum Einsatz von Produkten in verschiedenen Applikationen sowie deren Anbindung an verschiedene Kundensysteme Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche einer Applikation/eines Produktes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st Level Support, ggf. auch vor Ort beim Kunden Durchführung von Produktschulungen für PepperlFuchs Mitarbeiter/innen sowie beim Kunden Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen Interner Ansprechpartner in technischen Fragestellungen für Fachbereiche wie bspw. das Produktmanagement sowie für PepperlFuchs Tochtergesellschaften und Vertretungen Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit Gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik Erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz und in der Inbetriebnahme von Systemen der Prozessautomation Basiswissen in der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik Gute Englischkenntnisse aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick Organisationstalent und Teamgeist Are you excited about this opportunity?
