On-site / Hybrid / Remote flexibility Overview A well-established clinical research organisation in Munich is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to support the delivery of clinical studies, with a strong focus on
patient recruitment and engagement. This role will work closely with investigators, study coordinators, and sponsor/CRO partners to support the successful execution of clinical trials while driving patient identification and enrolment across the Munich region. Key Responsibilities Support the operational delivery of clinical trials across sites in the Munich region Develop and implement patient recruitment and engagement strategies to support enrolment targets Work closely with investigators, research nurses, and study coordinators to ensure efficient study execution Monitor site performance, recruitment metrics, and study timelines Collaborate with sponsors and CRO partners to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements Support site feasibility assessments and study start-up activities Maintain high-quality study documentation and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP standards Build and maintain relationships with local clinics, investigators, and referral networks to support patient recruitment Key Skills & Experience Proven track record in clinical trials or patient recruitment within clinical research Experience working within clinical research environments in Germany Strong local network within Munich hospitals, clinics, or investigator groups Demonstrated ability to drive patient recruitment and enrolment Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations in Germany Experience working with sponsors, CROs, and investigator-led studies Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills Why Apply Opportunity to work on innovative clinical research studies Play a key role in supporting patient recruitment and study delivery Flexible working model (on-site / hybrid / remote) Work closely with experienced investigators and international sponsors
