HRIT People are working with a privately owned international high-tech manufacturing company located near Munich, who are looking for a Workday & Digital HR professional to join their internal Team. An exciting position offering autonomy and ownership.
This is an internal Hybrid position, located close to Munich (30-minute commute from Central Munich), paying up to 90,000 EUR per year.
The Position:
* Analysing, optimising and digitising HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle
* Support and continuously enhance a global HR systems environment, including system documentation, access and authorization models, release coordination, and testing activities
* Ensure reliable day-to-day system performance through monitoring, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination of integrations with connected platforms
* Act as a partner to internal stakeholders by advising on the design, standardization, and optimization of HR processes and digital solutions (Workday) in collaboration with HR, IT, and external providers
* Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops related to HR systems and workflows, and contribute to change initiatives linked to digital transformation
* Work closely with international HR teams to align and standardize processes globally, and support cross-functional HR initiatives such as reporting cycles or compensation-related projects
* Develop and implement communication concepts that enable clear, transparent, and engaging information-sharing with employees across multiple locations
Background & Experience:
* A completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
* Professional experience in an HR environment, ideally with a focus on HR systems (3+ Years) HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives (Workday would be ideal)
* Workday Certifications would be a bonus
* Solid proficiency with Workday and hands-on experience with other modern HR platforms is an advantage
* Strong process orientation, analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in digital tools and innovation
* Confident and professional communication style, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
* Very good written and spoken skills in both German and English, enabling interaction with international stakeholders
* A collaborative team player with initiative and enthusiasm for shaping and advancing contemporary HR practices
