Lead Client Relationship Manager
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading our Fund Team in the role of Client Administration Manager.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (1915 Law) and fund regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD and the RAIF Law. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in French, Italian, or another EU language being a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and negotiating corporate and legal agreements.
* Preparing, reviewing, and supervising corporate documentation.
* Overseeing the structuring, incorporation, and day-to-day management of Luxembourg investment vehicles.
* Advising on and ensuring compliance with corporate governance obligations.
* Supporting legal and regulatory responsibilities of fund entities.
* Providing legal advice and practical guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
* Managing long-term legal projects and monitoring regulatory developments.
* Liaising with external stakeholders and collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
* Leading, guiding, and mentoring junior and senior staff.
* Contributing to internal training on fund governance and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
* A university degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in corporate, financial, or business law.
* 7 to 10 years of experience in a legal or corporate role, ideally within a law firm, AIFM, PSF, or fiduciary company in Luxembourg.
* Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading teams.
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law and fund regulatory frameworks.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in another EU language.
* Solid understanding of corporate governance requirements and KYC/AML procedures.
