Your tasks
8. Commercial evaluation of requests for quotations and conducting quotation negotiations for spare parts, repairs or services
9. Review of complex tenders/framework agreements
10. Preparation and processing of commercial offers for works supply contracts, repairs, warranties or service contracts
11. Coordination and consultation with specialist departments, e.g. maintenance, scheduling, purchasing or legal department
12. Management of internal and external repair processes, including communication with the Federal Quality Inspection Authority (ZtQ)
13. Calculation of the offer price in accordance with the calculation guideline
14. Commercial contract processing vis-à-vis customers and with involved specialist departments within the framework of guidelines or after coordination
Your profile
15. Completed commercial studies or commercial training with several years of professional experience
16. Experience in the preparation and processing of export contracts as well as knowledge of the necessary legal bases, e.g. AWG, KWKG and OECD guidelines
17. Knowledge of VO PR 30/53, ABBV, VOL/A and VOL/B as well as prices and price checks for public clients
18. Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
19. Good command of written and spoken English
20. Goal-oriented and independent way of working, commitment and initiative
21. Intercultural competence and basic negotiation skills
22. Willingness to travel
