Your Role:
As a Partner in Bank Transformation Planning for the DACH region, you will take the lead in driving transformative initiatives for our banking clients, ensuring they are strategically positioned to thrive in a competitive market. This role is pivotal in aligning client strategies with the capabilities of SAP Fioneer’s offerings.
1. Develop and execute transformational strategies tailored to the specific needs of banks within the DACH region.
2. Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their challenges and strategic objectives.
3. Shape and plan the most suitable transformation strategy for our clients jointly with them.
4. Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of business and IT strategies.
5. Foster relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand SAP Fioneer's footprint in the market.
6. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings.
7. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results in the banking sector.
Requirements
8. 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution.
9. Deep expertise in corporate banking, in particular global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, and solid understanding of technology.
10. Network with relevant departments and key stakeholders of banks with global transaction banking services.
11. Experience with SAP products is a plus.
12. Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
