Summary
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
* Lead online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.
* Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports
* Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the resort's unique experiences.
* Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
* Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
* 3–5 years' proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.
* Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
* Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms).
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
* Experience in budget management and cost control.
* Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
* Experience in a remote resort location will be an added advantage
