Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented character to join our Regulatory Affairs team. The ideal candidate will have a background in biology and a keen interest in regulatory processes. This role is vital for supporting the regulatory affairs department and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
* Maintain and organize regulatory files and databases.
* Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.
* Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
* Compile dossiers for submissions to regulatory agencies and submit dossiers to clients and regulatory agencies. Monitor and track regulatory submissions and approvals.
Qualifications
* A degree in Biology or training as a Biological Technical / Lab Assistant would be an advantage.
* Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably in a regulatory or scientific environment, would be a plus.
* You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is important.
Additional Information
This position is to be filled with a weekly working time between 30 - 40h.
