As a Finance & Procurement Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for financial planning, oversee procurement processes, and optimize costs. Join our team and ensure a solid financial foundation! Administration and settlement of funding, including applications, fund requests, and proof of use within the framework of EXIST Preparation of financial and project reports, budget analyses, and personnel cost calculations, including interim and final reports for third-party funded projects Correspondence with project sponsors (e.g., Projektträger Jülich) Overall responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, including monitoring the use of grants Steering and optimization of procurement processes as well as maintaining supplier relationships Cost and efficiency optimization in financial and procurement workflows Preparation of financial forecasts and ensuring compliance with regulations Your profile Experience in grant management or project controlling with a focus on federal and state funding programs, ideally with EXIST Solid knowledge of finance and accounting Experience in controlling, budgeting, and reporting Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management Analytical and structured way of working, with enthusiasm for working with numbers Independent, reliable, and able to maintain an overview in complex situations Excellent German and good English skills About us The BRYCK Startup Alliance is a joint venture of leading universities, corporates, and investors in the Ruhr region, designed to become a European deep-tech hotspot.
