Monroe International is partnering with a Tier One main contractor delivering a hyperscale data centre programme for a blue-chip client with billions secured in long-term European pipeline. This is a senior, high-impact appointment for a Project Director to lead flagship delivery in one of the world’s most strategic data centre markets.
This role is about scale, certainty, and control. You will take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of complex, mission-critical assets with direct exposure to a cash-rich hyperscale client and repeat-build opportunities beyond the initial project.
The Role
As Project Director, you will own the full lifecycle delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. You will lead large multidisciplinary teams across major CSA and MEP packages, control programme and commercial performance, and act as the senior delivery interface with the client, supply chain, and executive leadership.
You will be empowered to shape delivery strategy, manage risk proactively, and drive outcomes on a fast-track, technically demanding programme.

Key Experience Required
* Proven Project Director or Senior Project Manager experience with a Tier One contractor
* Strong track record delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centres
* Full lifecycle capability: pre-con, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover
* Deep technical understanding of complex CSA and MEP scopes
* Commercially astute leader with strong stakeholder influence and decision-making capability
