Application Development Employee (m/f/d) Full-time (38 hours/week) Your tasks—varied and responsible: Coordination with foresight: You mediate between departments and development teams and ensure smooth processes. Analysis & problem solving: You analyze requirements and error messages and manage their processing in a targeted manner. Creating structure: You create technical documentation and concepts – clear, understandable, and structured. Further developing systems: You actively advance our core and web systems. Operating the CI platform: You take responsibility for the operation and optimization of our continuous integration environment. Your profile – technically strong and personally convincing: Technical experience: You have several years of professional experience (at least five years). You have in-depth knowledge of databases and SQL, ideally IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server. You are proficient in SQL in practice and are familiar with complex queries and query performance optimization. Team-oriented: You enjoy working in a team, are open, have strong communication skills, and actively contribute. Independent: You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and work reliably and independently. Development experience: You have practical experience with C#, software architecture, and test automation. Tool proficiency: You are familiar with company wikis, ticket systems, version management, and CI processes. Linguistically skilled: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
