Overview
Work closely with Country Managers, key stakeholders, and the People team to design and
implement HR plans aligned with Acuity Analytics business and people objectives. Analyze data, champion employee engagement, and provide HR administrative support across the organization. Act as the first point of contact for any administrative needs.
Accountabilities include:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust, respect, and professionalism.
* Partner with stakeholders in Darmstadt to support integration-related topics, ensuring alignment, smooth collaboration, and effective implementation of people-related initiatives across locations
* Partner with the People and Talent teams to implement HR initiatives that drive performance and align with business goals.
* Promote a high-performance culture by recognizing and developing talent, while managing and supporting improvements in poor performance.
* Cultivate a vibrant, collaborative environment where work is engaging and enjoyable for all.
* Stay informed about employment law, ensuring policies are updated in line with current legislation and best practices.
* Draft contracts and process documentation for employee changes.
* Ensure the HR System accurately reflects employee data, such as role changes, contractual amendments, leave, and absences.
* Coordinate and maintain reports for analysis and metrics.
* Conduct right-to-work checks for all employees.
* Respond to reference requests for current and former employees.
* Ensure Workstation Risk Assessments are conducted for current employees and new starters.
* Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
* Maintain electronic employee files in compliance with GDPR and ensure proper archiving.
* Create and update templates for letters, policies, and guides as needed.
* Assist with benefits administration, including medical and social benefits where applicable.
Skills and experience required :
* Relevant HR practical experience
* Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
* Demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and how to apply in employee situations Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change
* Maintaining confidentiality and act with discretion and tact
