Your mission You'll own the full recruiting cycle for our highest-priority roles, primarily S oftware and AI Engineers as well as Sales and Management profiles, while becoming a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers across the company. You'll report directly to our CFO and work within a 3-person People & Culture team with real ownership and room to shape how we hire. Certivity is a Munich-based RegTech scaleup using AI to turn global regulatory complexity into clear, actionable compliance intelligence. With 70 international team members and 10,000 users across 10 countries, we're scaling fast - and we want to build teams that last. What you will do Run end-to-end recruitment for 3–5 simultaneous roles, including software and AI engineers, sales and management positions. Build proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools. Design structured interview processes and case studies together with hiring managers. Own Personio : maintain data hygiene, continuously improve workflows, and integrate AI tooling where it adds value. Build deep relationships with hiring managers, become the expert on each open role and keep candidates informed with transparent and timely feedback. Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers: advise on current market standards, coach them on structured, science-based interviewing, and help minimise unconscious bias across all hiring decisions. Lead offer negotiations and coordinate a smooth handoff to the broader P&C team for onboarding. Your profile A few years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a demonstrable track record in technical recruiting. Proven active sourcing ability: You build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, not just manage inbound. Solid understanding of science-based recruiting standards (structured interviews, work-sample tests, bias mitigation). Fluent in German and English (C1 level, written and spoken). Comfortable using AI tools and an ATS such as Personio in your daily workflow. At ease with ambiguity and energised by building new processes from the ground up. Nice to have Experience in a software or AI startup environment. Proven ability to design effective hiring processes specifically for software engineers and/or sales roles. Degree in business psychology or education in aptitude diagnostics and other parts of recruiting. Why us?
