Responsibilities
* Significant sales and revenue responsibility for multiple business segments across diverse geographies.
* Stabilization, safeguarding and long-term sales and volume growth of the highly complex China business.
* Multiplying the volume and increasing the profitability of the Albumin "Not for Therapeutic Use" segment.
* Driving the growth in volume, portfolio breadth and profitability of the strategically important business with Grifols as our Distribution partner.
* Expansion of the existing Biotest portfolio into new countries and into new business segments in existing countries.
* Discovering new opportunities for localization projects.
* Acting as a champion of growth and new opportunities in our existing strategic partnerships in the B2B segment.
* Regular reporting to the Head of Unit and at senior management or board level about progress, milestones achieved and planned targets.
Qualifications
* University degree (Master) or equivalent in Business Administration, healthcare or science.
* Long-standing experience in sales, marketing or business development in pharma, biotech or plasma industries.
* Flexible to travel internationally on a regular basis including evenings and weekends.
* Deep experience and knowledge of growing revenue in complex business areas.
* Experience in managing strategic partnerships which are critical to the company goals.
* Confidence in managing stakeholders across departments and partner organisations.
* Ability to think strategically and act diplomatically to ensure the relationships with external partners are strengthened with every interaction.
* Strong customer focus with the drive to ensure the customer need is fulfilled rapidly.
* Comfortable with commercial and technical complexity.
* High level of written and spoken English is essential and German is an advantage.
* Knowledge of other foreign languages and cultures (e.g. experience living and/or working abroad) are an advantage.
* Willingness to work in a role with flat hierarchies and a pleasant working environment.
