Your key responsibilities include:
* Support events, meetings & banquets with international guests
* Set up and prepare conference rooms
* Maintain set-up carts and storage areas
* Prepare service areas and assist with guest hospitality
* Mise-en-place for meeting rooms, coffee breaks and snacks
* Ensure hygiene standards are met
* Guarantee smooth service operations
* Support your colleagues across the banquet department
Be able.

* You stay calm under pressure
* Ideally, you have experience in a similar role or a background in hospitality
* You're communicative and fluent in German and English
