Overview
If you’re looking to shape how things work with PowerShell automation and lead a small team, this role could be for you.
What You`ll Be Doing
* Lead and develop our support team – both technically and personally – and take on team leadership responsibilities.
* Act as a key contact for all things IT infrastructure, operations, cloud, and automation.
* Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and ScriptRunner – for both customer projects and internal environments.
* Tackle complex support cases with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
* Take a proactive approach to engaging with our customers: find out how they’re using ScriptRunner, what they’re planning, and where we can support them even better. You’ll be a sparring partner, idea generator, and trusted advisor.
* Collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams and contribute to product communication – e.g., through blog posts or knowledge base content.
* Represent ScriptRunner in the IT Pro community with expertise and enthusiasm.
You have
* Experience in system administration or technical customer support – ideally with some leadership experience.
* Strong PowerShell skills and a track record of implementing automation solutions.
* Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft services, Azure AD, virtualization, networking, and security.
* Analytical thinking, structured work style, and clear documentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
