Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years
* Ideally at least 3 years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
* Proven experience in network management within the freight forwarding industry
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
* Strong intercultural competence
* Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a matrix setup
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
* Proficient in MS Office and relevant digital tools
* Willingness to travel for business, including at short notice
