Job Description We are looking for a commercially minded and energised Sales Coordinator to help inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow! Join our EUC Sales Team and take your sales experience to the next level by supporting the team in daily as well as project-related and strategic tasks which help to deliver toys that bring happiness to our amazing fans. Please note: This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until end of January 2028 and will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered. Core Responsibilities Lead function to secure key events such as Nuremberg toy fair as well as Account Previews are organized and orchestrated in association with the local & regional Marketing Team Active Sales & Marketing collaboration driver incl. meetings such as above the line & below the line Go-to-Market meetings Driver of the monthly Sales Collaboration Meeting with the aim to strengthen Sales internal & cross department collaboration Project Lead for various (Sales) conferences along the year Data Protection Lead for local organization Sales Team support on various activities Play your part in our team succeeding This position provides with the opportunity to help the LEGO Group inspire the builders of tomorrow for Germany, Austria & Switzerland. It plays a crucial role in enabling our products route to market and supporting the sales team in maximising the potential of our portfolio with our retailers. This position provides exposure and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization at local, regional & global level. Do you have what it takes? First work experience in commercial, analytical roles, preferably in matrix organizations Commercial understanding, very good analytical skills, well structured and result orientated Very good communication and collaboration skills Excellent MS Office skills Advanced level English skills and ideally proficient in German LI-MB3 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
