The HR Specialist Operational Excellence m/f/d plays a key role within the Global HR Operational Excellence & Transformation team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality HR analytics, standard and ad hoc reporting, and acting as a Workday Pro User and key contact for HR colleagues. The role contributes directly to data-driven decision-making, HR process excellence, and continuous improvement across the international HR organization. Ensure data quality by regularly reviewing and validating HR data in Workday including performing data audits In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure strong HR governance through data quality and effective core HR processes Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR and business decisions Act as Workday key user, including data entry, user support, and administration of access rights Create and maintain guidelines and documentation for HR staff Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other functions on reporting and analytics topics The essential requirements of the job include: Completed university degree with excellent results (e.g., Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Economics, or a comparable field) Initial professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and building analytics tools, ideally within an HR environment Strong skills in data preparation and processing using Microsoft Excel Practical experience with Workday in a Key-User or Security Partner role Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting HR data Excellent written and spoken English skills Join our winning team today.
