Deine Aufgabe Financial Planning & Analysis - You build and maintain financial models and forecasts, covering budget, cash flow, and runway to ensure financial visibility and support strategic decisions. Reporting & Controlling - You deliver monthly reporting packages, comparing actuals vs. budget, tracking departmental spend, and analysing variances. Controlling & Cost Monitoring - You collaborate with accounting during monthly close, monitor spending compliance, and ensure robust internal cost control. Business Analysis - You track and analyse key SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and translate them into actionable insights for leadership. Planning Support - You drive the annual budget process and rolling updates by coordinating inputs from department leads. Dein Profil Background - You have 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit within Start-Up environments Experience - You have hands-on experience with monthly actuals, reporting packages & cost tracking with deep understanding of subscription dynamics & key B2B SaaS metrics. Skills - You bring strong skills in building & maintaining cash flow forecasts, budget models & scenario analysis. Work - You are comfortable working cross-functionally, gathering inputs, and explaining results to non-finance colleagues. Tools - You are advanced in Excel modelling; experience with Power Query and Power BI Language - You are fluent in English; German proficiency is a bonus.
