Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute ALLPLAN customer events, roadshows, and C-level advisory boards to strengthen customer engagement and brand positioning. Develop a strategic annual event calendar aligned with company objectives, product launches, and regional priorities. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, partner coordination, speaker management, attendee communications, and on-site execution. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product management, and regional teams to ensure each event supports business goals and provides measurable outcomes. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality attendee experience. Oversee event communications, including invitations, registration management, branding, and post-event follow-up activities. Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all event materials and touchpoints. Manage event budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support the C-level advisory boards by coordinating agendas, materials, and logistics, and ensuring smooth communication and engagement with key stakeholders. Evaluate event performance, collect feedback, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Completed education or degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a comparable field. At least five years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment. Proven track record in organizing customer-focused events, executive-level meetings, and roadshows across multiple regions. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners. Creative mindset combined with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand experience. Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German. Willingness to travel internationally as required
