(Senior) Specialist D2C Operations (m/f/d)

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and steer operational processes within the Cybex E-Com shop.
2. Measure and develop the outbound performance with third-party logistics partners.
3. Coordinate tasks and support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Customer Service team.
4. Track and monitor operational costs to positively influence D2C P&L to ensure a sustainable and profitable business.
5. Continuously support development and documentation of processes
6. Measure and develop the Return Performance at 3PL.
7. Generate reports and key metrics to support SLA and performance management.
8. Contribute to and support ongoing operational projects.
Profile of Qualifications:
9. Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or comparable education (e.g., apprenticeship as Business Clerk or in E-Commerce).
10. Initial relevant experience in Operations, preferably in an international environment.
11. Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality with a clear process-oriented mindset.
12. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across functions.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), with strong skills in Excel and a solid understanding of process modeling.
14. Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core systems.
15. Fluent in English and proficient in German (minimum B2 level).
