* As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective solutions within the organization.
* Conduct thorough data analysis, identify system enhancements, design, and implement scalable and efficient processes within digital applications and Salesforce CRM tool.
* Gather and analyze business requirements with our business teams to propose process improvements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these requirements into effective CRM or digital solutions.
* Lead workshops, document analysis, collaborate with Product Owners, and support Architects in solution definition.
* Evaluate global information consistency, quality, and documentation, aligning with Enterprise Architecture objectives.
* Participate in IT activities, refining requirements, executing tests, building solutions, and collaborating with feature teams.
* Manage dependencies, prepare test cases, and assist businesses in User Acceptance Testing.
* Provide end-user support, defect management, and training to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CRM platform.
Qualifications and Skills
* A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
* Good knowledge of Salesforce tool is an advantage.
* Experience in Agile projects.
* Prior experience in business analysis with IT collaboration.
* General knowledge of banking products and services.
* Good understanding of banking processes.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
