We are you looking forward to taking on a new role as Network & security engineer for our client, a major international company in the financial services sector (Financial Services ; Permanent - Luxembourg)
Your missions:
* Install, configure and maintain security and network devices (firewalls, proxies, SIEM, datacenter or campus switches) and associated management tools
* Oversee and manage the entire network and security infrastructure + handle daily operations
* Proactively ensure system security and availability
* Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
* Develop and maintain scripts and device-specific commands
* Provide third-level support for deployed solutions and complex incident resolution
Required skills for the role:
* You have at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position
* You have extensive technical knowledge of Cisco products and with leading firewall constructors (Fortinet or Checkpoint or Palo Alto).
* You have developed good leadership skills that would allow you to evolve as Team Leader of the team.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* You are fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally have a fluent level in French.
