Intern Brand & Strategic Marketing Planning
(All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Minimum of 6 months starting from
15th October 2025
with possible extension to 12 months.
The Requirements
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be
enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union
. Furthermore, you need
a valid visa
and an
unrestricted permit to work
in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.
Your Mission
As an
Intern Brand & Strategic Marketing Planning
, you will help develop brand strategies, coordinate exciting product launches, and support marketing planning across Kia Europe and its markets. You'll be part of a creative, fast-moving environment where your ideas matter and your curiosity is welcome.
Main Tasks
* Be part of the launch management process, by collecting and coordinating key information for cross-departmental alignments.
* Help plan and organize European Marketing Conferences and Workshops.
* Dive into markets marketing plans and help us make sure they align with our strategic direction.
* Manage our internal brand platform, create brand content and oversee user access.
* Shape inspiring brand presentations and onboarding sessions that bring the brand story to life.
* Research what's trending in tech, mobility, sustainability, and automotive—and share your insights.
* Bring your ideas We want your fresh takes and bold suggestions to help shape strategy and improve how we launch.
* Learn as you go, take time for self-study and reflection to understand the mobility business and how strategy turns into action.
Your Talents
* Bachelor or Master student in the field of in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Team player who is curious, pro-active, reliable, and has action-driven working approach
* Digitally-savvy, at ease with diverse online tools and platforms
* Curious, pro-active, reliable and ready to take initiative.
* Analytical and detailed oriented
* Excellent command on MS Office tools, Jira knowledge/experience is a plus
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus
