Senior Architectural & Real Estate Management Expert
* Become a part of the facility team to develop ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant.
* Support all construction and architectural design activities focusing on office and general infrastructure development.
* Evaluate compliance with CSA design requirements, local codes, and regulations.
* Manage building-related permits, including communication with relevant authorities or parties for construction issues.
* Monitor design progress of consultants and identify potential risks based on construction schedule requirements.
* Plan, allocate, and monitor schedules, resources, and support construction material selection processes.
* Coordinate and integrate interface between different construction contractors.
Key Responsibilities: System ownership, optimization, technical expertise, data-driven decision making, project involvement, collaboration, and document management are essential skills.
Required Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling software, graphic software, and BIM software, as well as knowledge of German and international building regulations and construction sequences, are required.
Qualifications: A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in CSA engineering or a related field. Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
