Your Tasks
* Own and deliver the replacement of the legacy Business Warehouse
* Build and scale a modern cloud-based data ecosystem as the foundation for analytics and AI
* Establish a data product operating model serving BI, data science, and AI use cases
* Ensure analytics-ready and ML-ready data for AI agents and LLM-based applications, predictive models, forecasting, optimization
* Enable AI-powered analytics, incl. "chat with your data"
* Drive the evolution from reporting → predictive & prescriptive analytics
* Define and embed data governance (ownership, quality, standards) into the platform
* Lead and scale a team of Data Analytics Engineers
* Act as a senior interface to Data Science, AI, Business, and IT teams
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in data, analytics, or data platform leadership roles
* Proven experience modernizing or replacing legacy DWH / BW landscapes including establishment of Data Governance
* Strong understanding of Data Engineering (pipelines, transformations, scalability), Analytics & BI (semantic layers, self-service), Data Science & ML (feature readiness, training vs. inference needs)
* Experience in enabling data for AI / ML use cases at scale
* Strong people leadership and enterprise stakeholder management
* Experience with GCP-based data ecosystems, incl. BigQuery (analytical & ML-ready data modeling) and Looker / Looker Studio (semantic layer, governed self-service)
* Familiarity with ML pipelines and feature concepts (offline / online features)
* Exposure to LLM-based analytics and AI agent architectures
* Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments
* Product- and value-driven mindset
* Systems thinker (m/f/d) across analytics, AI, and governance
* Pragmatic builder (m/f/d) with strategic perspective
* Credible sparring partner (m/f/d) for business and AI leadership
