Senior Recruitment Consultant at Moonwalk | M&A Investment Banking Recruiter | DACH
We are currently searching for an M&A Vice President for a well-known Boutique Investment Bank in Frankfurt.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the execution of complex M&A transactions
* Managing and mentoring junior team members (Analysts and Associates)
* Overseeing the preparation of marketing materials and client presentations
* Taking ownership of financial modelling and valuation workstreams
* Building and maintaining client relationships alongside senior leadership
To be considered, candidates should demonstrate the following:
* Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
* Minimum 4-6 years of M&A experience, ideally from a top-tier Investment Bank or Boutique
* Strong track record in deal execution across sectors
* Excellent technical and modelling skills (DCF, LBO, Merger models, etc.)
* Full professional fluency in German
* Proven leadership ability and team management skills
