Your mission
As the Head of Telecom Wholesale department, your key responsibilities will be to :
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale revenue through mobile, voice, SMS, data, connectivity, and IP services.
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international and domestic carriers, ISPs, MVNOs, and other wholesale partners.
* Negotiate commercial agreements including rates, pricing, and contractual terms.
* Elaborate commercial offers and manage respective P&Ls.
* Ensure the company meets wholesale sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient implementation and resolution of operational matters.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company’s profile and foster strategic partnerships.
Your profile
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, or international voice / data trading.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English is required; French is highly desirable. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
