The Chemicals M&A team is led by a highly respected senior leadership group with a strong track record in originating and executing mid-market transactions.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to join a well-established, high-performing team. Ideal candidates will be an individual with relevant M&A experience from an investment bank covering the Chemicals, Industrials or Business Services Sector. You’ll be at the heart of the deal process—originating, analysing, and executing transactions rather than working from the sidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct company valuations and build detailed financial models
* Prepare materials for client and internal presentations
* Attend client meetings and liaise with third-party advisors
* Perform market, segment, and sector analysis for investment opportunities
* Produce statistical analyses of fund and business performance
* Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality outcomes
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Must have 1-2 years of relevant M&A Corporate Finance experience within an investment bank or advisory boutique
* Chemicals, Industrials or Business Services sector experience is desirable
* Must have previous deal execution experience
* Exceptional financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills
* Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership
* A collaborative team player who thrives in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
