Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
* Develop and implement sales growth strategies based on sales data analysis.
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
* Supervise and coach store staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance store appearance and drive sales.
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a positive shopping environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team building skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Self-starter with a drive to achieve results.
