Retail Designer (all genders) - Realisation We are seeking a Retail Designer in Stuttgart's Luxury Retail sector. The role involves translating creative briefings into sustainable retail campaigns and collaborating across teams. What You Do In coordination with Project Management, you will transform creative briefings into sustainable Retail campaigns in the Luxury sector. You will technically implement window campaigns with high aesthetic standards, working closely with Prototyping, Production, and client liaison. You will select materials, create technical drawings and production documentation while adhering to budget and schedule. You will oversee production Quality Gates, advise production staff, and create client presentations for Prototyping, Visual Merchandising, and Pre-Assembly. You will visit locations, supervise storefront installations, assess technical feasibility on site, and maintain close client communication. Who You Are You hold a degree in a technical or design field (theatre or stage construction appreciated) with relevant professional experience, especially in prototyping and production. You have experience working with creative briefings, including technical descriptions, composition, colour, material, surface, and feasibility. You are proficient in at least one 3D and one visualisation program and have skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). You communicate fluently in English and German and are motivated to support installations across Germany and the Benelux. You work independently and responsibly, with a high attention to detail and an interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
