What you’ll build Join SAP’s Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) as part of the Global Field Compliance Office (GFCO) and contribute to shaping SAP’s global culture of ethics and integrity. In this role, you will support the OEC Global Field Compliance Officer (f/m/d) (GVP), including but not limited to the following tasks: Preparing with excellence materials for meetings and presentations Coordination of larger internal and external events (logistics, booking meeting rooms / venues for the team, etc. Manage travel arrangements, including organizational preparation, following up on bookings, and dealing with travel expenses Managing third parties who render services to OEC from a cost controlling perspective and the relevant purchase order processes SAP internally Managing workflows and monitoring items like, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc. Performing and monitoring purchase activities Interacting, communicating, and cooperating with internal and external parties in a truly international environment Monitoring inboxes Managing professional memberships for the OEC team Collecting KPIs for reporting purposes Taking meeting minutes What you bring Apprenticeship as Management assistant (f/m/d) for office management, as an Office clerk (f/m/d) or comparable experience Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Especially power point is important as well as the ability to visualize complex relationships and structures Experience with and passion for using SAP internal tools like Corporate Portal, ISP, and CSS etc. Excellent knowledge in German and English language, written and spoken Willingness to work in an international team with contact persons on Board Area Level Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment Where you belong The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) upholds SAP’s commitment to conducting business ethically and responsibly, with a mission to Win the Right Way.
