Responsibilities:
-Support the operation of official online stores, ensuring smooth sales performance and efficient inventory management;
-Assist in managing cooperation with local e-commerce platforms in the Benelux and Austria regions, such as Amazon and bol.com;
-Participate in e-commerce projects, including sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product launches;
-Collect and analyze market and customer data, provide insight on trends, platform performance, and customer insights;
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize product listings, promotions, and overall e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
-Able to start in our Dusseldorf office asap for 40 hours/week, for a period of 6 months;
-Proficient in English and Chinese;
-Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
-Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude;
-Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels;
-Must have the right to work as an intern in Germany by the start date.
