For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking a Working Student for Application Customer Support (m/f/d).
Your Tasks - as important as our Software:
* Assist customers with software application inquiries and troubleshooting issues
* Document customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system (Salesforce)
* Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
* Maintain our Customer Portal (based on Salesforce) and create required reports
* Conduct basic software diagnostics and troubleshooting based on FAQs to identify root causes of problems
* Participate in the development and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs
* Contribute to team projects aimed at improving service quality and customer experience
Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:
* Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
* Interest in software applications and customer support
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, German skills are a plus
* Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An open and team-oriented personality enhances our collaborative environment
* Enjoys coming to the office and exchanging ideas with colleagues on site
* Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with the option to increase hours during semester breaks. We will coordinate your schedule to support your academic commitments
