Parexel’s Depot in Schönefeld, provides critical supplies for patients participating in clinical trials.
We’re currently looking for a full-time Depot Technician to assist with getting the Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab Kits into the hands of those who need them.
In this role, you’ll work alongside other team members to ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines and departmental written procedures.
This position requires being in our warehouse in Schönefeld 5 days a week
Your Activities
1. Receiving and stocking of materials
2. Picking, packing, and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instruction
3. Performing quality control checks
4. Preparing relevant documentation
5. Dispatching materials
6. Assisting with packaging and labeling
7. Assisting with Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns
8. Keeping close track of inventory
9. Helping with the general maintenance of the premises and equipment
10. Reporting any issues affecting quality
11. Handling filing and archiving activities
12. Following workflows from Parexel or a specific client
13. Contributing to customer satisfaction
14. Completing trainings in time
Your Skills
15. Team player with good interpersonal skills
16. Proficient in written and spoken German and English
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
19. Good hand eye coordination
Your Profile
20. Relevant work experience
21. Knowledge of GxP guidance, or willingness for education in GxP regulations
22. Basic understanding of the drug development and regulatory framework
23. Knowledge of warehouse management system and/or inventory system
24. Experience with warehouse support (packaging and labeling experience in the pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred)
