As a Working Student in Partner Management, you'll coordinate all activities related to our partners, from administrative tasks like contract management to ensuring smooth internal processes. You'll be the central point of contact for our international partners, playing a key role in making our partnerships successful.
Your position in our team
* Partner Coordination: You will coordinate all actions and tasks related to our partners, guiding them through the different stages of their partnership journey with us
* Administrative Support: You will handle formal tasks, including drafting and managing contracts, processing tickets for partners, and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Process Management: You will manage and track our internal processes within the Partner Management team, helping to keep everything organized and efficient
* Communication: You will communicate with our partners in German and English
Your profile
* Currently enrolled as a fulltime student in a relevant field
* Fluent English and German skills, both written and verbal, for communicating with international partners
* Excellent organizational skills
* The ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems
* Experience with Asana, Confluence, Jira or Zendesk is a plus
* An understanding of digital products, technology, and tech innovations is a plus
* Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus
