Your role
The Learning Program Manager will be reporting solid line to the Head of Sales Excellence and is responsible for driving learning excellence and capability development across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Working closely with the Sales Academy Lead, you will contribute to assessing learning needs, aligning the learning strategy with organizational goals, and ensuring the effective implementation and evaluation of learning programs.
Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the global L&D network with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Global L&D, ensuring consistency in frameworks, learning principles, and methodologies.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Learning Program Management
* Develop and execute a global learning strategy aligned with sales excellence and Academy objectives
* Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs
* Design scalable, role-based learning journeys for diverse audiences, including sales teams and channel partners
* Lead and implement the creation of engaging, high-impact training content (e.g., eLearning, workshops, simulations)
* Evaluate individual and organizational development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis
* Manage global rollouts of learning programs, ensuring localization and cultural relevance
* Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver blended learning solutions
* Utilize various learning methods, including coaching, job-shadowing, and online training
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, defining KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
* Analyze learning data to continuously improve program outcomes and report progress to senior leadership
* Implement feedback mechanisms to drive ongoing improvement in learning initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement & Career Development
* Act as a trusted advisor to global and regional leaders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between Sales, HR, and Enablement teams
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and development
* Provide guidance and support for employees’ career development, including career progression planning within the Academy and sales teams
About you
* At least 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a sales or Academy environment, and/or strong exposure to sales enablement or commercial learning environments
* Experience in strategic, global, or program‑management roles is highly desirable
* Proven experience in a diverse corporate environment, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable training plans
* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and manage budgets and vendor relationships
* Ability to manage upward in the organization to influence executives as well as manage downward
* Ability to build enthusiasm and consensus for new plans and approaches
* Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
