Your tasks
9. You are a member of a Project Office (PO) with several cross-cutting project disciplines in a large-scale project with a prototype character.
10. In close coordination with the PO management, the team and the client, you will ensure the successful project execution.
11. Together with the PO management and the project management department, you ensure compliance with the guidelines and processes.
12. Your responsibilities also include creating project reports and project presentations.
13. They are responsible for customer communication at the inbound and outbound stages, as well as its documentation and follow-up.
14. They are involved in creating the project handbook, including stakeholder and environmental analyses as well as the communication plan, support internal project marketing and coordinate with interface partners.
15. You are responsible for creating and maintaining the documentation of results, decisions and processes.
16. They organize internal and external reviews and support cross-functional and management roles.
17. They use modern PM methods (including agile) and provide support in the use of PM IT tools.
18. Furthermore, as an interface to other operational project offices, you ensure the flow of best practices and guidelines back into other projects.
Your profile
19. Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar fields.
20. Initial experience working in project offices or project management offices in complex projects
21. Solid knowledge of common project management methods and tools
22. Ideally, a project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP, SCRUM)
23. Proactive, professional and cooperative demeanor and holistic thinking
24. Enjoyment of teamwork, persuasive skills, IT affinity and experience using the MS Office suite
25. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
26. High level of initiative, flexibility, networked thinking, and management-of-change skills
27. Enjoyment of occasional national and international business trips
