Deine Aufgaben
* Provide inhouse, remote, and on-site technical support for HOLOGATE VR systems, covering hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Install, configure, and commission HGXR systems at customer sites, ensuring stable, secure, and fully operational deployments
* Travel regularly within the DACH region to perform installations and on-site customer training
* Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, software, and configuration issues, taking full ownership of support cases until resolution
* Manage, prioritize, and track multiple support cases and installation tasks in line with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)
Schlüsselqualifikationen
* Fluent in German and English (both required)
* Hands-on experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
* Solid knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic understanding of networking technologies
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Team player with an independent, structured, and reliable working style
* Customer-focused, with the goal of delivering high satisfaction and smooth technical operations
