Serve as the primary BP&A contact for all pricing-related topics within the global HUGO BOSS pricing strategy across all brands, product categories, and sales channels
Drive price adjustments by analyzing underlying data, conducting impact assessments, and preparing clear decision-making and action recommendations for top management
Analyze, prepare, and interpret relevant performance KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of pricing, marketing, and individual business unit performance
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, Business Development, Brand Management, Marketing, or a comparable function
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at different levels
A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of ownership and accountability
